You can use the wide and thick aluminum foil for grilling, baking and food wrapping. Thanks to this, the dishes you prepare will taste great because they will retain their full aroma and freshness. Fish and meat wrapped in aluminium foil are baked in their own sauce, preserving nutritional values, vitamins and trace elements. Anna aluminium foil grill foil is heat resistant, so don’t worry about it burning in the oven or on the grill. It is durable and resistant to accidental tearing. Aluminum grill foil is much thicker and wider than regular foil, making it ideal for grilling. One side is shiny and the other is matte. The shiny side of aluminum foil reflects heat, while the matte side lets them through. The shiny side of the aluminum foil retains heat better. When we want to keep the food from cooling too quickly, we then wrap it with the shiny side on the inside. We do the same during baking in the oven. We cover or wrap the dishes with the shiny side.
