Is the delivery of the products free?

At Triada Market & Distribution, we always strive to offer our customers a free shipping option. Exact information about the shipping cost of your parcel can be obtained upon completion of your order, after selecting a specific shipping method.

Free delivery terms may vary depending on the time of year and the workload of our courier partners. We therefore encourage you to check if you are eligible for free delivery when completing your order, especially during holiday periods.

In the event of a parcel not being received more than once, the user shall pay all courier costs for transport on future orders placed by him/her, the price being determined by Triada Market & Distribution on the Triada Market & Distribution platform and provided as preliminary information.

How long before I receive my shipment?

Orders are delivered depending on product availability, shipping method, and the time they are registered in our system. You can see the expected delivery time before the order is completed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email confirming the delivery day.

Can I place an order to a Speedy office?

Yes. When finalizing the order, both the address and the Speedy office in the respective location can be specified.

Delivery options

Delivery options are available:

• to a personal address or
• to the office of a courier company.

The cost of delivery depends on many factors such as the couriers’ workload, the specific time of year, and the occupancy of our warehouse.

Can I pay my order in cash to the courier when it is delivered?

Yes. When delivered by courier to an address, the order can only be paid for in cash. When creating an order, the payment type “Cash payment” is selected .

In the event of inaccurate or incorrect details provided by the user for the delivery address, whereby the goods are sent to the wrong address, the cost of the courier service to reroute the parcel shall be borne by the user.

Courier costs for orders to merchants/corporate entities shall be borne by the recipient and their cost shall be determined by the volume and weight of the shipment.
