TRIADA MARKET AND DISTRIBUTION undertakes to replace an item ordered by the consumer in the following cases:

  • If the product’s packaging is damaged.
  • If the product is physically damaged in any way.
  • If the product has missing parts or manufacturing defects.

Procedure

The goods are returned via the courier company Speedy.

Deadline for returning goods: within 14 days of the delivery date.

Any return or exchange of goods will be accepted only and exclusively after a preliminary clarification conversation by phone with a representative of Triada Market or by email.

We do not accept shipments from customers who have not contacted the Triada Market team in advance for clarification. This condition is in the interest of every customer – this prevents any possible omission in our return/exchange conditions, and the procedure is easier and faster.

The money for the returned goods is received by cash on delivery or bank transfer after review by us.

Payments are made within 7 business days. If the goods have a manufacturing defect, they will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by us.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, the shipping costs are paid by the customer – the initial delivery fee and an additional return fee.
