Thanks to the foil, the dishes you prepare will fully retain their flavour and freshness and will be much healthier.

In baking, foil-wrapped meat, fish or vegetables are simmered in their own sauce, retaining their nutrients and vitamins.

ANNA aluminium foil does not heat up and therefore does not burn in the oven or on the grill.

Remember – it is designed to come in contact with food and can be used for any food as long as it is not too acidic.

In storage – matt side in

For storage, wrap the prepared food with the opaque side inwards. This will keep it fresher for longer.

For example, if you want to keep sandwiches fresh for as long as possible – wrap them with the matt side in.

Food that is wrapped this way will keep its freshness even on a very hot day

.

When baking – shiny side in

The shiny side retains the heat.

When we want hot food not to get cold quickly, we turn with the shiny side in. Do the same when baking. Wrap the top of the baking dish with the shiny side down towards the food.

When cooking, always wrap the products with the shiny side inwards.

Then the heat from the oven or grill will quickly penetrate through the top matte side and reflect off the inside shiny side, i.e. it will stay inside longer

.

Two tips from ANNA

  • When you unroll the ANNA aluminum foil roll, you will notice that one side is shinier than the other.
  • The shiny side reflects heat, while the matte side lets it through.
